Advantages: You do tone up Disadvantages: You need a good space to perform the routines properly
Well at the start of the year I promised myself instead of talking about toning up I would actually this time do something about it....surprisingly I did and I feel great.
One of the tools I used in my bid to shape up and get fit for Summer was the brilliant Latina Size dvd.
As a fan of Strictly Come Dancing I thought this would be a fun way to shape up (and I liked the idea of learning some moves!).
The dvd is broke down into 5 sections: Simply Salsa, Rumba Tone, Jump 'n' Jive, Cha Cha Burn and Sambasize. Each one targets a different part of your body so you can alternate depending on what you want to work out. I got into the routine of focusing on the Jump 'n' Jive sections at least twice a week to help tone the dreaded thighs! There is also a warm up and cool down section.

Latina is a city about 75Km south of Roma, on the western side of Italy. The city itself was built in the 1930?s by Mussolini, to give people work, so there is no real heritage there, it is fairly plain, and functional.
The city of Latina really doesn?t get tourists, as most go past it from Roma to Napoli, or the other way round, on the main road!

Mirza (Here I Come Junglist) this album has got artists suck as jazzy b and sukshinder shinda. my favourite track was yaada because i enjoy laid bak traks. for me this is a good album but not great because i thought some traks were rubbish. however i would recomend to potential buyers if the prize is right. You mabe put of by the cover because it is quite dull but is professional. for me this album is in my top 30 as i listen to it every other day. ...
