Advantages: The beatles at their best Disadvantages: Nothing else will be this good
...Mention this album in conversation and you are most likely to meet with the replies "the greatest album ever written!", or "not as good as Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". Revolver, released in 1966 was the Beatles seventh album and was a radical departure from the previous six. Their last album, Rubber Soul had only been released the Autumn before and can be considered as one of the finest pop albums of all time, but in the time that elapsed between the release of the albums the band took the decision to quit touring. Lennon and McCartney had started experimenting with drugs and Harrison was developing a strong interest in the Indian culture. Advantages: The Beatles Disadvantages: maybe too short...
...all of them but one, Let it Be, recorded in 1969 and released in 1970 (yes, the last album The Beatles released wasn't produced by their usual producer, Mr. Martin).
In this first beatles album, there are a lot of songs not written by the Bealtes themselves, although they had plenty of material. The reason, again, is that they were not famous yet, so it was important to have a few famous good songs in their first album...

Advantages: Too many to list Disadvantages: Some good songs missing
...The Bealtes phenomenon is the greatest thing to happen to music since Bach-Mozart-Beethoven eras. There's been many great artists. Yes! Always great in the "music" term. The Bealtes are something else, they are in a league of their own. Is more than music...

First of all, if there are people out there that have never bought a Bealtes album, maybe because they don't know which one to buy, then there is no better place to start than here. This release is probably not meant to be for fans who already own all the Beatle's albums. This is designed for the new generation that won't venture into buying the whole collection unless they are introduced.
Secondly, it would've been better, to compile the best songs instead of the ones that reached #1. If the intention was to make the Beatles survive...
