Advantages: A great edition to anyone's WWE collection, and it contains the DX theme tune! Disadvantages: Many of these wrestlers are no longer with the company, so useless to newer fans.
...One of the WWE's earlier CD releases this is a compilation of entrance themes for some of their biggest stars of the time. Nowadays the vast majority of themetunes are made by famous bands but this is one of the few albums older than that when WWE relied on their own devices to produce the entrance music of their individual stars.
It is however a little on the cheesy side. To say that some of these tracks are bad is an understatement! "Dude Love" is like something out of a 70's nightmare, and the cat screeching on the introduction of "Sable" is enough to make even the most patient listener want to switch off. The album's strengths are the inclusion of the "D Generation" track as this group of wrestlers totally defined an era alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin, whose classic themetune also features on this release.
So the tunes aren...

...This compilation Cd is pretty much similar to 'Now Dance 2000'.
It starts off with exactly the same track, Bob Marley 'Sun is shining'!
However, unlike the start of the album beginning to sound exactly the same as the others, it goes into different music, more into the clubbing scene with songs from:
Basement Jaxx, Ruff Driverz, Phats & Small, Eclipse, The 3 Jays, Firewall and Big Time Charlie to name a few.
I feel that you have to be 'in the mood' to listen to this Cd, it definately wouldn't be a first-thing-in-the-morning job!
Some of the titles of these songs still confuse me but the music is fine, well.. with names like 'Yazoo', you automatically think of Yahoo, and that's not a band!
It has got some great tunes though!...

Fancy a Boogie Review ofDisco Fever - VariousArtistsby

Advantages: makes you dance and smile Disadvantages: sad to some, but who cares
...-released by variousartists and been big hits; Relight my Fire:Take That, Lady Marmalade:All Saints, More Than a Women: 911, OK many dodgy covers, but it has ensured that the tracks live on.
I have to say that many of the bands/artistes on the CD I had never heard of, even though I class myself as a bit of a music anorak. Although I did recognise and like many of the tracks, so that must prove the power of many of these hits......? Be it disco classic or karaoke classic, most will know some of them!
My personal favourites include the tracks I always request at parties as soon as the disco man plays just one 70's disco track.....
le freak – standard wild dancing and arm flinging about boogie track
boogie nights – groovy dance tune
play that funky music – strut your stuff
carwash – incorporates classy hand movements
i will survive...
