Advantages: Great live act. Disadvantages: Don't play enough gigs
...93Feet have been doing the rounds on the small gig tour for the lasst year and I hope you have been lucky enough to catch them live.
Currently in the studio recording material, this band are already being spied on by various record company scouts and are getting a good reputation.
Their style is funky guitar, pounding beats - a mish mash of funk soul acid jazz.
Guitar player Harvey is extremely apt at what he loves doing and gives a great performance. Drummer JJ looks insane while he's playing but doesn't miss a beat. Singer Craig can croon with the best of them.
The band have hit some high profile venues - once even playing at the Groucho Club in London to an impressed audience.
You'll find them in the Milton Keynes area, and about Bedfordshire at the moment but catch them before they are signed.

Advantages: Some really good tracks Disadvantages: Some are "so-so"

Pretty, though not as bright as real jazz.
Benny Goodman and his Quartet are featured again with a song called Body and Soul. Re Again, it is more "sophisticated" and is best described as lift music for the more discerning type of building.
Louis Armstrong (thank God! We are back to some real jazz!) is next with I Want a Big Butter and Egg Man. Strange...

Advantages: Varied popular songs plus some obscure ones Disadvantages: The obscure songs are probably not to everyones taste
...This is the second CD I have brought from this series, I find these CD's a general overview of the years music relating to well known tracks to some that are unknown to me. This therefore make is a very good album to listen to as you know what you are getting from some of the songs. artists like Sterophonics, Muse, Athlete, The Libertines and so on are well known and will appeal to the majority. There are however some more obscure songs bands like Client, Bees, which although are not to bad for my taste they may not appeal to everyone.
On the whole I have found this to be a good album in my collection and one that I will listen to if I can not make up my mind. If you like the main popular songs on this album then I would recommend to have this in your collection....
