Advantages: Attain Happiness, Tranquility and Ultimate Success Disadvantages: Nil
The book "The Magic of Thinking Big" was given to me as a gift by one of my colleagues. At first I thought, at this age, what achievements I can accomplish by reading this book, as I have already reached the evening of my life. But I was proved wrong, as I started to read the book, I got deeply engrossed in it. It put me in a mode of self analysis and I started to evaluate my life in terms of what I read in those pages. I got convinced that I was one among those people who had not utilized the opportunities in life to come up, due to all those delicacies and complexities of life, which Professor David Schwartz has explained very clearly in this invaluable book. I understood that education is never complete and I gained a lot from this extraordinary masterpiece.

--Introduction--
Horizon is a weekly documentary show broadcast on the BBC. It is shown on BBC Two and each separate instalment lasts for 50-minutes. The documentaries focus on the world of science, looking into all fields from biology to chemistry and the environment to medical exploration. It also incorporates history and geography into its programmes, examining a wide scope of subjects. The programme is hugely respected around the world, especially in the science community. Many people view it as the leader in producing the documentaries that it does, always setting the standard by which all similar programmes are judged. In this review, I will do my best to describe this programme in as much detail as possible. I hope that once you finish reading this, you go away eager to watch it.

Chest heart rate monitor compatible
This basically means if you already own a polar heart rate monitor (or any other brand for that matter) you will be able to synchronise it with your treadmill. Personally for the price your paying, I think they should throw one into the deal. I guess you still have the built in heart rate monitor as back-up.
'Ergowheel' control of speed and incline
What an absolute waste of time. Essentially what horizon have done is put the speed and incline control on two wheels on the right and left hand side of the support bars. This way they are closer and easier for you to adjust the settings when you are running. In reality, I found they were no better than when they used to be on the front panel. Besides it only takes 3 seconds to change either of these variables so whats the big deal?!
