This album cover depicts a young woman cycling past some block letters in the sea spelling out ROY ORBISON this and the lady is reflected in the sea presenting a double image. The sun is setting and gives the whole cover an orangey glow. The paragraph beneath the title promises the buyer “A collection of 20 all time greats.” You don’t really get a booklet with this CD, just a list of the songs. This is my interpretation of some classic numbers - it may not be the same as everyone's idea of what is being said, but that’s the way it should be :o) 1: OH, PRETTY WOMAN 2.55 (Orbison/Dees) As soon as the opening drum beat kicks in the song is instantly recognisable to anyone - even if you have never heard of Roy Orbison - this was of course the theme song from the movie Pretty Woman. Advantages: Well worth the money, can watch over and over again

At the same time the song “you’ve got it” from that album, was a hit as a single. In 1992 Virgin records finally released his album King of Hearts. For his lifetime achievement, Roy Orbison was also inducted into the Rock & Roll music hall of fame. ...I originally bought this album for my mother, and well since she's in a different country and disappeared yonder - I guess she can't have it! Roy Orbison was one of the best in his time and with hits like 'I drove all night, 'Only the lonely', 'You got it', 'Crying' and 'She's a mystery to me', this is the album for the oldies. (Well, not old folk exactly, but you know what I mean). Roy Orbison has a very deep voice I find and if he needs to hit the high notes, he doesn't have a problem at all. This record is great whether you are young or old, or don't even know who Roy Orbison is! It's all musical education!... Read review
