...in a Bottle’ a couple of years back. Lil’ Kim is the only name that I am not familiar with, but I hear she’s a pretty big hip-hop artist in the US. Just imagine if all the fans of each artist buy the single. My guess is it will go straight to No. 1 in the charts, and it deserves to. I saw the video for the first time today and was hugely impressed. The song is part of the soundtrack for ‘Moulin Rouge’, out the end of May, directed by Baz Luhrman and starring Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor, and the video is staged on that set. The girls are dressed in cabaret costumes – all corsets, feathers, high heels and lashings of gaudy make-up. Advantages: Good variety of songs

...I bought this CD after watching the film countless times and being astounded by the music featured. The soundtrack contains almost every song from the film, apart from Like A Virgin by Zidler, which I must say is most disappointing. However, all the other songs make up for that. It includes all the duets between Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman and what fantastic voices they both have! The Elephant Love Medley and Come What May are the definite show grabbers. Your Song my Ewan McGregor is also on it and you can appreciate the emotion from just listening as you can from watching the film. It doesn't just only contain the show songs, but also had tunes from Fat Boy Slim and Beck. There are a few strange song however, including two mixes of David Bowie's Nature Boy and a french ballad from Rufus Wainwright. You also can't help but laugh... Read review

...Trawling back through the depths of time I can just about remember buying this cd on the day it was released in 1989. I was (and still am) a big fan of Queen and I've recently been revisiting a few of the Queen cd's I own, by playing them in the car. So after two or three days extensive listening here's my thoughts... QUEEN THEMSELVES Much has already been written about John Deacon (bass), Brian May (Guitars / vocals), Freddie Mercury (vocals / keyboards) and Roger Taylor (drums / vocals), so I won't go overboard here.
