Advantages: Better than the Red Label Disadvantages: Lack in smoothness
Well, i certainly do not want to talk about the history of Johnnie Walker, as you may find that i might be exaggerating on it. It's the best to visit www.johnniewalker.com if you want to know the history. Moreover, i might be just plagiarising the whole history from the website. It's best not for me to touch on it and i prefer going straight to the whisky itself.
The first Johnnie Walker Black Label that I have was the one which my dad gave to me a few years back. It was an old black label bottle. It is not in production anymore and to get his old classic look would be difficult. I never opened it, until today, and I still keep this masterpiece locked in my cupboard. Anyway, my actions certainly do not prevent myself from tasting it. Although I did not want to open it, I eventually bought myself the new look of black label from ...
When I was younger, my friends and I were addicted to teddies, more in particular those in the TY Beanie range! TY make a lot of soft toys, in all forms, including animals bears, and Beanie Boppers which are like little people. My friends and I loved the TY beanies, and between us probably had all of them!
There are lots of different animals in the TY range, and a lot of them were cats, much to my delight. One of the little cats is known as Frightful. She is not just a normal little kitty though, but represents Halloween. I love witches especially, so this beanie is perfect for me. Frightful is jet black, with bright orange paws. On her head there is an adorable witches hat with cobwebs, complete with little hanging spider. She definitely has a frightening look to her, but she is utterly gorgeous!
To the touch, Frightful has quite long ...
Advantages: Entertaining, easy to watch Disadvantages: Hard to take the plot too seriously
abroad, I am a bit of a sucker for anything that involves English village life and as this film is set in an English village, it was the obvious choice for my introduction to the world of Lucio Fulci. And, of course, a fellow reviewer had already recommended it - thanks, Spencer.
Prior to the film starting, there were a number of trailers for other films of a similar genre and presumably distributed by the same company that distributes this one (Shameless). I have to admit, I started getting worried. I enjoy watching horror films, but some of the clips I was watching were a bit out of my comfort zone, involving what I will term as sexual horror, for want of a better word (for example, stabbing in the genital area). If this was a taster of things to come, would I even be able to watch the film? I needn't have worried. BlackCat is not ...

Album Notes
The huge catalog of prolific bluesman Johnny Winter can be a daunting thing, but BLACK CAT BONE: THE ANTHOLOGY has a distinctive slant on Winter's work; it focuses mainly on rare recordings (including many live tracks) from early in the incendiary guitarist's career, allowing us to hear his hard-driving style taking shape before our very ears. Note: most of these tracks, along with others of the same vintage, have been compiled on other collections (mostly on the Thunderbolt label) like ELECTRIC BLUESMAN and ORIGINAL WINTER: THE SIXTIES SESSIONS.
