Paint the Sky and Get a Tingle Down The Back of Your Neck

Advantages: A very haunting album to listen to and very relaxing
Disadvantages: Track 11 could be longer

Paint the Sky with Stars by Enya is a classic album. Every track is excellent and so relaxing to listen to, one song just flows into another and great to listen to when you want to unwind after a hard day?s work. She has a haunting voice that gives me a tickle on the back of my neck; I could listen to her for hours. Let me take you through the album. Track one: The famous ?Orinoco Flow? this is a chirpy song and the chorus line every so often ?Sail Away Sail Away? hits in with a beat of deep drums. What a great choice for the start of the album. Track two: ?Caribbean Blue? with its soft strumming guitar start, and then she starts to sing. Her voice is something else. If you close your eyes you can imagine the tide ebbing in and out, I can almost feel the water lapping around my feet. Track three: ?Book of Days ...

Elo Mr Blue Sky!

Advantages: Lots of well known tracks, good british music
Disadvantages: None

went on to join George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and Roy Orbison to form The Travelling Wilburys. *** Album Tracks *** = When I originally looked at the tracks on this album, I didn't recognise a lot of them. However, once the album is played in full, it is surprising how many of the songs do sound familiar "Mr Blue Sky" is one of my favourites on the album. Everyone will recognise the "du du du du du du du du sun is shining in the sky?." No matter how hard I try not to sing along with it when driving, I just can't help it. (Just watch the suspicious expressions on other drivers' faces at the traffic lights when you are nodding to "du du du du du du du du?."), It is one of those tunes that just get stuck in your head. "Evil Woman" starts with a soft drum roll and Jeff Lynne claiming 'you made a fool of me ...

LAND OF THE FREE AND HOME OF THE-DREAM

Advantages: Easy listening and unique
Disadvantages: Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave

actually considered a reputable artist now, so the least she could do is feature on 'Love Hate' I guess. 'Livin a Lie' was actually the first track I heard from the album and I wasn't sure who's project it was even going to be for, as they really do share the content out between themselves. It may not quite be a Rihanna and Ne-Yo collaboration but it is without a doubt one of the best ignored tracks of 2007. You are likely to hear it now and again on the radio though, if you're lucky. Kanye West isn't the only guy who is man enough to pour his heart out about his mother, and Dream joints him with this dedication in 'Mama'. Take a magic carpet ride with The-Dream to close the album, although you feel this track is more for him than the listeners.
