Sony BMG wanted to record some memorable music to commemorate Christmas 2008, so with the help of producer Mike Hedges and arranger Sally Herbert some of the more traditional and well known pieces of music written by wonderful composers such as Schubert, Bach and Vivaldi have been recorded onto this CD.
The Choir of the Philharmonic Academy of Rome, the Irish Film Orchestra and three Irish Priests gathered together in St Peter`s Basilica in the Vatican City to make this recording.

Maxi is one of my favourite solo Artists.
When I first heard Wild World I knew I had to have it. I finally managed to get it on this tape (as it was at the time) and after listening to the rest of it I wondered why I had not heard any of the other tracks before.
Maxi has such a unique style of reggae. He puts something different into every track. He is also able to turn tracks I previously did not like into something beautiful.
Some Guys have all the luck was a song I couldn?t stand (sorry Rod) and when I saw it on the sleeve I groaned. I now love it. Maxi has really turned Wild World into ?something else? too. ...
