Advantages: It's KISS, what else do you want... Disadvantages: Umm...It took 11 years to make, if that counts...
Sonic Boom ? Kiss
Back with a boom (and a sonic one at that) it?s the hottest band in the world, none other than KISS! And no, this isn?t a hoax, this is real, KISS finally have a new album, and all I heard prior to its release was Paul Stanley talking about it as if it was a second coming, and labelled it as the best album they?ve done in 30 years, maybe ever. Well, suffice to say this got me excited, and when I heard the sound of the letter box opening and a parcel dropping to the floor I almost hit the roof with anticipation.
The first thing I did was put it on, and the album kicks straight into Modern Day Delilah, which I had already heard on the KISS website, which is a brilliant intro to an album, showing that KISS have returned, with style, Paul Stanley?s vocals are as good as they?ve ever been and a solo from lead ...
Advantages: Funny, great night out, good food. Disadvantages: None.

And before you think of nipping off without paying, a bill will magically arrive in front of you before the show ends.
The Leidseplein is pretty easy to get to, just take trams 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 10 or 20 and look around as you get off. Boom Chicago is opposite the Burger King and Bulldog coffeeshop. You may need to squint through a forest of parasols to see ...
