Boss Drum - The Shamen
Historically speaking, it was at about this point that the Shamen drifted away from their ... more
traditional constituency--the rave crowd who'd supported them up to and including theEn-Tactalbum--and began to make serious inroads on the UK and European charts, courtesy of a string of glossy, lightweight singles: "LSI (Love, Sex, Intelligence)", "Ebeneezer Goode" (with its notorious "Eezer good" chorus--perhaps the most crashingly unsubtle drug reference in pop history) and "Phorever People". The difference? Simply the increased prominence of vocalist Mr C. With his plummy, enunciated "raps", his fey, finger-waving dances, and his apparent lack of anything even vaguely resembling a groove, there was a lot of unkind speculation in the music press as to just what that "C" stood for--accompanied by much moaning on the part of the longtime fans--but as the group's sound shifted from techno to euro-pop, its bank balance never looked healthier.--Andrew McGuire

Advantages: distinctive scent, very versatile Disadvantages: bott;w could be improved
...I was given a bottle of Hugo Boss Deep Red as a gift. Not a perfume I would have necessarily bought myself on first sniff, the more I have used this scent, the more that I have grown to love it!
An instantly recognisable scent, it is fruity yet also floral and woody. Not comparable to any other perfume that I have tested. It is also a very feminine scent (I find alot of perfumes to be verging on the unisex side so this was good for me) The perfume contains pear, clementine, lily and vanilla. I think it is also a very versatile perfume that can be worn anytime, equally suitable for daytime wear or for a night out on the tiles.
The fragrance also lasts quite a while, I would say a good few hours before a fresh spray is required. Also, only a couple of sprays are required per application, so a bottle lasts quite a while. The RRP...

Abit about Hugo Boss

In 1993, Hugo Boss released their first fragrance, and in September 2003 they released Hugo Boss Intense...

...I have been using this Eau de Toilette for about five years now. My wife really likes it and no matter what other after shaves I buy I always go back to Hugo Boss Bottled.
I feel that it's not to strong and it does smell like proper men's after shave. Many of the new men's fragrances can smell more and more like perfume. It has a crisp sweet smell and I think it's quite refreshing. I know this description is really bad so this is how the Hugo Boss website describes it:
"Boss No. 6 Cologne by Hugo Boss, Launched by the design house of boss in 1999. Its fragrant nature explores essences of fern, bergamot and pineapple. Blended with notes of lavender,â juniper and geranium, boss # 6 is a casual type of fragrance."
I could never have told you what was in it I just know it smells great and my wife loves it so I suppose that's all...
