Penalty Minha Estrela E Do Oriente Hooked On Samba O Dia Em Que O Sol Declarou o Seu Amor Pela Terra Pelos Verdes Mares A Banda Do Ze Pretinho Rio Babilonia ...
Album Notes: A towering figure in Brazilian music, and with an exceptional discography spanning five decades, Jorge Ben is rightly considered the godfather of Brazilian popular music: his influence on Brazilian artists is comparable to James Brown's impact on American soul. Every stage of Jorge Ben's career is worth exploring and Manteca's collection BRAZILLIAN HITS & FUNKY CLASSICS does an admirable job of assembling Ben's finest releases from 1976 to 1984, a period during which Ben was masterfully blending Brazilian folk forms with the more aggressive textures of American funk and disco. The results of this fusion are uniformly excellent. The hypnotic melody of "Taj Mahal," which Ben debuted on his 1975 collaboration with Gilberto Gil, GIL E JORGE, but revisits here in a disco style, is insistently propulsive and eminently memorable, while "O Reino Encanto Do Amor" proves that Ben retained an affection for stripped-down, hardcore samba late into his career.

...**UPDATE** After having this iPod for 18 months now, I thought I'd update my review as parts of it are no longer true. This review was updated 22.07.09 :-)
** UPDATE** I'll have owned my iPod Classic for two years when December comes, so at the end of this review I'll give you an update on how it's running almost 24 months after it was first purchased.
I was hesitant about buying an iPod as my first, an iPod mini a few years ago, broke and never mended itself as
soon as I bought it. It was sent back and I've been using other (decent) players since. But iPods are so popular
I decided to give them another shot and, truthfully, am very pleased that I did.
After using a perfectly good Samsung YP-Z5A 4GB Mp3 player, I was bought the iPod Classic 80GB (in black) for
a Christmas present. Firstly, I would order it off the official...

Advantages: YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIES AND COMPLETE ALBUM COLLECTION IN YOUR POCKET Disadvantages: SOUND LEVEL ON MOVIES NOT GREAT
...I bought my Ipod Classic around a month ago to basically be able to carry all my albums round with me at all times and have a couple of my favourite movies to hand if I am ever bored.
I used to have an Ipod Nano and thought that 2 GB of memory would be plenty for what I needed but soon found that I couldn't fit no way near half of my albums on there and had to cherry pick my favourite songs due to there being not enough space available.
Now having 80GB it's surprising how much you can actually fit on it. I currently have around 15 movies, a season of lost and over a 100 albums and am still well under 30GB. It's unbelievable.
Unless you would like to put all your movie collection on to your Ipod then I can definitely assure you that an 80GB capacity would more than cover your requirements.
The Ipod has a great new feature...

...develop as I poured the freshly boiled water into it. The aroma rises instantly and gives you an olfactory hit consistent with the first impression on opening the jar. As with wine, what you taste should complement what you smell, and this Brazilian blend does not disappoint. The initial taste is full-bodied, slightly bitter and slightly ?burnt? ? again, consistent with a dark roast and the claim to a ?smokey? quality advertised on the label. After a short while, it mellows out considerably, leaving you with a slightly sweet, honeyed taste on the palate. I?d never had a Brazilian blend of coffee before, and given the limitations of the ?instant? manufacturing process, was quite please with the result. Definitely different, definitely not ordinary, and gratifyingly so.

Unfortunately, once you start adding things ? even milk ? you...
