Dire Straits are wuite clearly an albums band, and this album demonstrates this fact perfectly. Brother In Arms unsuprisingly topped the charts in 1985, and stayed in the top 100 for an incredible 196 weeks. This is debatably the best album from Mark Knopfler and company, and the title track is a beautiful mix, with a soothing guitar and soft lyrics. This album is not just for Dire Straits fans, I would recommend to absolutely anyone. Track Listing: So Far Away, Money For Nothing, Walk Of Life, Your Latest Trick, Why Worry, Ride Across The River, The Man's Too Strong, One World and Brothers in Arms.
