If I am in a bad mood I can guarantee that just by switching on one of these CDs I will instantly feel more cheerful. The only disadvantage would be that some of the songs are slightly too long and repetitive but this hardly matters compared to the fantastic music offered on the CDs.
The CDs are also great value considering you are getting 3 CDs for less than a fiver! Overall, I would definately recommend the CDs for anyone looking for a slightly more upbeat version of the original relaxation album.
