Rinse vol 2 mixed by Skream-Pretty heavy!!

Advantages: Good selection of skream tracks
Disadvantages: the frequencies tend to stay in the same conceptual space too often

This mix is quite a hefty run through of all the big tracks of 2007 in the world of Dub-step (which is a relatively new but ever-increasingly popular music genre). The sound is from London and the UK (which is where most of the producers on the mix come from. The tracks are based upon what DJ Skream likes personally and what he plays at DJ sets (or was in the 2007-2008 period). Kulture kicks off the mix with a reggae infuse synth bassline rizing track which gets the energy levels pumping straight from the outset (interesting way to start a mix!) Next is a track from Skream himself which was popular one on pirate radio and in D clubs 'wobble that gut' with minimal progressive beats and bass-lines. Vol. 2... even better

Advantages: Good tracks, bonus material
Disadvantages: A few too many mixes

Have already rated the previous album (put your hands up vol.1) and many of my points apply to this album aswell. After continually listening to the first album i decided to buy this one aswell and again i was not disappointed. There is again a brilliant mix of tracks over 3 CD's including several remixes and club mixes such as that of Camille Jonesvs Fedded le Grande-The Creeps (club mix). This i believe to be one of the best but there are 62 other tunes that you will just want to get up and dance to. Again, as like the previous album there is bonus content on CD1 including 3 awesomw music videos including Fedde Le Grande-Put your hands up and Alex Gaudino-Destination Calabria. This is a really nice touch to the album and makes it a real gem. ...
