...I bought this CD expecting it to be like all the other relaxation CDs on the market however I realise now how wrong I was. The three CDs offer a variety of interesting and reflective songs which are perfect for meditating to. If I am in a bad mood I can guarantee that just by switching on one of these CDs I will instantly feel more cheerful.
The only disadvantage would be that some of the songs are slightly too long and repetitive but this hardly matters compared to the fantastic music offered on the CDs.
The CDs are also great value considering you are getting 3 CDs for less than a fiver! Overall, I would definately recommend the CDs for anyone looking for a slightly more upbeat version of the original relaxation album....

Advantages: The album is great Disadvantages: None at all
...The Pure Moods album is one of the best compilations of New Age music I have listened to. It contains popular music from throughout the years from artistes such as Enya, Enigma, David Byrne, DJ Dado and so on.
It is what got me looking for more music from Enigma and I found out they did a song with Nine Inch Nails. The music will relax you, body and mind and leave you in a sense of peace and Euphoria, and for those who meditate, it can be a great source of music during your meditation.
I'm still listening to this album today including the songs Sweet Lullaby by Deep Forest, Return to Innocence by Enigma ( I strongy recommend you view that video on youtube!), Adiemus by Adiemus and Orinoco Flow by Enya.
TRACK LIST:
1. "Return to Innocence" - Enigma
2. "Orinoco Flow" - Enya
3. "Sweet Lullaby" - Deep Forest
4. "Oxygène Part IV...

...Pure Japanese Spirit.
Lullaby for the Moon is a perfect compilation of ancient Japanese music. It is beyond perfect, as a matter of fact. There are no words to describe the atmosphere of this unique piece of work. Inzan Tanaka, Ichizan Hoshida, Osamu Shimizu, Sajura and Ensho Yamakawa seem to bind their work together on a level that has never been equalled in folklore.
This album was released in 1997, although most of the tracks are several hundreds of years old. The 8 tracks on this album are very long, suiting the meditative feel.
Komoriuta opens with soft plucked koto and ripples of shakuhachi flute, as fragile as cascading cherry blossom down a waterfall. Toge Hachi-Ri leads us eight miles through a mountain pass. It is a bit like trying to picture what Honshu would of looked like back in 60 AD; still, perfect, and with the most...
