Advantages: Good food, quality Disadvantages: Price, urban myths
I admit that for some reason, I seem to be addicted to everything that I shouldn't be. I have tried & failed to have an addiction to fruit and vegetables, so I have settled for my addiction to chocolate and junk food, and convince myself that when I go to somewhere like Burger King, because of the lettuce etc on burgers, it is actually healthy!
Burger King is possibly the only chain restaurant where I have found the taste of products to be consistent. Every Burger King I've been in, apart from one in Scotland, has tasted the same, which I like, as I know then what I'm getting when I order it!
Burger King is slightly more expensive than other similar fast food places, but in my opinion, slightly better. a meal costs aprox £4, but there is the options to have meals as regular, large or supersize, which comes with what looks like ...

Advantages: A little healthy and very delicious Disadvantages: You do have to wait
This has got to be one of my favourite meals, after Italian food which just has to be the best!
Very easy and very simple to do:
Simply peel enough potatoes to suffice, boil them and then mash them. Next add a couple of tins of tuna depending on how much you like and mix together. Then grate a couple of onions and mix that in too. I usually add pepper as well but that and any other spices are up to you. Finally take a small handful and squash it into a burger shape, then continue to do this with the rest. Put a small amount of oil into a frying pan and fry them.
Usually i do them with roast potatoes and treat myself and a bit of gravy works wonders.
Try them and tell me wht you think, i think they are to die for, utterly delicious.
Does anyone feel as hungry as me now? Gotta go eat!! ...
Hot Tuna: Jorma Kaukonen (vocals, guitars); Papa John Creach (violin, vocals); Jack Casady (bass, vocals); Sammy Piazza (drums, percussion, vocals). Additional personnel: David Crosby (vocals); Richmond Talbott (vocals, guitar); Nikki Buck (keyboards). Recorded at Wally Heider Studios, San Francisco, California. All songs have been digitally remastered. All songs written by Jorma Kaukonen except "99 Year Blues" (Julius Daniels/Torrence), "Keep On Truckin'" (Bob Carleton) and "Let Us Get Together Right Down Here" (Gary Davis). The magnificent, though sometimes top-heavy, splinter group formed by Jack Casady and Jorma Kaukonen from the Jefferson Airplane, Hot Tuna allowed two exceptional musicians to stretch out and explore their love of old blues. It also kept them from becoming bored while Grace Slick and Paul Katner gazed at the ocean. A strong feature of this Tuna album was the violin of Papa John Creach. They successfully mixed beautifully evocative instrumentals such as "Highway Song" with traditional numbers like "True Religion." Their own blues sounded authentic, notably with the most agreeable "Keep On Truckin'." Make a note of its tongue-in-cheek fishy lyrics, which only a Hot Tuna could sing.
