tracks, "Coronarias Redig" (single b-side 2004 remix), "Burn" (2004 remix), "Mistreated" (2004 remix), "You Fool No One" (2004 remix) and "Sail Away" (2004 remix). The departure of vocalist Ian Gillan and bassist Roger Glover seemed to rejuvenate Deep Purple, and 1974's Burn was a huge improvement over their previous effort, the lacklustre Who Do We Think We Are. In an interesting twist, new recruits David Coverdale and ex-Trapeze bassist Glenn Hughes share lead vocals on virtually every track--an enviable tag team, as both possessed exceptional pipes. The title track starts things off at full speed thanks to the phenomenal drumming of Ian Paice, and the intro to "Might Just Take Your Life" is one of organist Jon Lord's finest moments. Full of starts and stops, "Lay Down, Stay Down" features a fantastic solo "What's Going On Here" is about as good a single as Purple ever wrote; "You Fool No One" is compelling in its intensity; and the funky "Sail Away" is a sign of the band's future direction. "Mistreated," a fantastic slow blues, closes the album proper (let's ignore the boring instrumental "A 200," the record's only throwaway) and showcases Coverdale on his own for the first time. So impassioned is the singer's performance that the song would remain his concert trademark long into his post-Purple career with Whitesnake. --Ed Rivadavia, All Music Guide

Advantages: Contains a vast diversity of music from David Coverdale's post Deep Purple carrier Disadvantages: Nothing, unless you hate Whitesnake (and if you did you wouldn't be reading this)
Whitesnakes 30thAnniversary Collection appears to be a glorified greatest hit album. However it's more than this. Its 52 tracks contain live tracks, the original version of Here I Go Again, songs from David Coverdale's (DC's) album with Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin and of course songs from DC's solo work. The three CD's cover the carrier of DC after he left DeepPurple.
The first disc with tracks like Ready An' Willing and Fool For Your Loving (live) brings Whitesnakes blues element through to the listener beautifully. I would say the first disc is best of Whitesnakes blues.
The second CD contains the Coverdale Page songs as well as more live songs and a collection of Whitesnake hits. The third CD contains the song Best Years from Whitesnakes latest album and We Wish You Well the song Whitesnake wrote for their audiences but have ...

First aired in 1972 and ran for an incredible 20 years and contained an astonishing 1071 episodes.
The general format was, what is quite common now, where it would be on twice a week, usually for around 15 ? 20 minutes.
It was aimed squarely at kids and contained some iconic figures that even today are known to a new generation.
Each episode revolved around adventures to go on, usually around the house, or more likely problems to be solved. It would always be resolved by the puppets or by a song.

THE TRACKS
1. BURN (7:32)
This is absolutely a good starting track. Ian Paice strikes the drums nicely for the intro of this song. The whole track is awesome from start to finish. This track has a pure metallic touch.
I like the rendition of all the instruments specially the solo rendition of guitar and the keyboard. in this track and David Coverdale's great effort on vocals.
2. MISTREATED (11:32)
This track is a very catchy one. Richie grabs the first shine of the limelight with his awesome guitar solo intro which is great. David shows off his ...
