Full review
This is the first album from the american rock group,CKY (also known as Camp Kill Yourself.)

When first released this Cd was very had to find but no with the acclaim of the drummer, Jess Margera's brother Bam the band have hit the big time.

cKy are a quartet made up of the following:
Deron Miller - guitar, vocals
Chad Ginsburg - guitar
Jess Margera - drums
Vern Zaborowski - bass

The album contains nine innovative tracks (and a secret track at the end of track nine.) the tracks are as follows:

1. 96 Quite Bitter Beings (3.22)
This is my overall favourite song on the album. This is also the song that got me listening to my the band. I first heard this song on Jackass (episode one, shopping carts) and found it amazing, the song had catchy and unique guitar riffs and the song also has a horror film feel (like many of the other tracks) which is created by the eerie and imaginative lyrics.

2. Rio Bravo (3:10)
This track starts straight away with a great mix of drums and base. The dog bark also works well on this track. The guitar riffs are solid and have a rough feel.

3. Disengage the Simulator (3:03)
This is one of the more melodic and slow songs on the album. I think that the drum into works well and the guitar riffs are top notch. This is quite an upbeat track.

4. Human Drive in Hi-Fi (3:20)
The stat of the song reminds me of a cornball cop show. This is a very different song to the rest of the album but is still very enjoyable.

5. Lost in a Contraption (3:22)
The vocals are great on this song as slight echoes are used to enhance the lyrics. There are some awesome punchy guitar riffs throughout this track.

6. Knee Deep (3:35)
This is a great song and uses one verse repeated throughout, which may sound silly but is infact extremely affective. The song starts with a very punchy guitar riff, which fits well with the mood of the song.

7. My Promiscuous Da ughter (3:16)
This song is the reason why this album has a parental advisiry label. This track is full of punchy drum solos and excellent guitar riffs.

8. Sara's Mask (5:01)
This song is about a girl with a disfigured face, it is another melodic song, with excellent vocals and lyrics.

9. To All of You (23:42)
Don't let the length of this song fool you (there is an fifteen minute gap between
To All of You and (the secret track stupid I known but well worth the wait!) To All Of You has an excellent sound and the lyrics are interesting and delivered exceptionally by vocalist Deron Miller.
The secret track has excellent vocals, which have a somewhat raw and melodic feel. The drumbeat on this track is solid work well with the track.

This album is the first of four cKy offerings. They have also released cKy volume 2, Infiltrate-Destroy-Rebuild and an answer can be found which, are all very different and on a par with this album.

Overall, this ia a good album. It has quite a unique sound which is completely different to anything else on the music scene at the time of release.
