Advantages: Relaxing, beautiful album, introduction to opera Disadvantages: May not be of some taste
...I'm 18 years old with a vast taste in music, from garage to world music. I was given this CD by my brother and immediately thought it would not be my cup of tea. I proven instantly wrong. The general sound of the CD could perhaps be regarded as traditional opera, however since it features a backing beat and more soothing I'd classify it as nu genre.
The CD is part of the Cafedelmar series. A series with a great reputation for producing quality relaxing music. They are not commercial relaxing releases but are genuinly music that could be found in Spain. The other CDs in the range mainly focus on Ibiza, more funky spanish sounding songs but CafeDelAria has a different sound. The track listing is as follows:
1. Willow
2. Bel Di
3. Secret Tear
4. Dido
5. Pace Pace
6. Pamina Blue
7. Habanera

...to it and I don't mean that badly, its nice to be soothed so much by one cd.
The theme on this cd is mostly a natural rythmic feeling, guitars and classical sounds, but with some electric influence, but as i have said, nothing shocking, I have heard alot of these tunes on BBC 1's Holiday programme and i'm sure most people would recognise a few of the tunes at least.
There are 13 tracks on this cd, and as usual, they range from different era's, most are from 1996, one from 1991 and track 3, Sueno con Mexico, a classical guitar piece is from 1979. On almost all of the Cafedelmar cd's you will find one track from about 30 years ago, but it will fit in, and its age won't show, infact you will probably find it to be the best track on the cd and will want to find more music by the artists.
Volume 3 also boast's the best and most fragile cover of all...

Advantages: Some great songs, Not that expensive, Ideal for a House Party Disadvantages: CD3 and the remixing could be approved.
...Some of the biggest Trance Songs to have been released are on this albumn so if you're a fan of the genre then it's probably worth a buy. If you are at a house party then this CD should go down a treat or even for when driving in the car. However I dont think CD3 is that good. CD1 is easily the best as nearly every song is great to listen too, CD2 is a little more laid back compared to CD1 but it has still got some great tracks but I feel this albumn would be better without CD3 as I barely listen to it as I feel that they are not the type you want to listen too at a party on a saturday night in my opinion. But even for CD1 and CD2 it is worth the money alone. However it doesn't have binary finary or CafeDelMar on it which is a shame....
