This Volume contains 15 tracks, all compiled with love by Jose padilla, the lengdenary DJ from the Cafe del mar in Ibiza. Once again he has mixed tracks of different genres, some traditional guitar, others are electric, some have a soulfull feeling and, of all things, Dusty Springfield!! No one else would get away with this.
That last track, Dusty Springfield, The look of love, is the perfect track to finish this series on. It sums up, for me, the whole idea of this compilation, love who you are, love who other people are, and most of all, enjoy what you have while you have it. SAN ANTONIO
I am sure by now that everyone has heard of San Antonio. It was the base for the programme Ibiza Uncovered and the programme pretty much set the scene for what to expect! Most of the programme was set in the West End, which is a hive of pubs and bars, mainly full of drunk youngsters at all times of the day. Along the front of San Antonio you have lots of café?s and restaurants and the meals are not too badly priced. We used to get a full English breakfast for around 4.00 pounds which would set us up nicely for the day.
