Advantages: World winning pipe band Disadvantages: There is no 2 Jim Kilpatricks
...A really good cd by a top class world winning pipe band. This cd has some of most musical bagpipe tunes ever played by pipe bands in Scotland and maybe the world. Most of the tunes played by the Shotts and Dykehead Caledonia pipe band are composed by their pipe Major Robert Matheson. Robert has written some of the most musical and catchy tunes that any piper would hear or play. Also with the drumming being under the leadership of world drumming champion leading tip Jim Kilpatrick who could ask for a better cd. Some of the playing in this cd has sent shivers up my spine and has got me to get my pipes out from the cupboard and back to playing and trying to learn a tune or two from this great pipe band....
