I found that this cd was really good as an RHCP album, but where was the growth? The new progressions? Lyrics? It seemed to be like their old albums without anything new to it. The vocals on emmett remus was amazing, and the ballad porcelin (sp?) was breathtaking. But take more risks boys! And find your shirts. I really liked the the cover design, the juxtaposistion was very innovative. I have always been a good fan of these boys, and this release spawned a lot of good hits. I particularly love scar tissue, which is one of the best on the album. I think if you were to ever listen to only one song off of the album, this should be the one. Have you seen the video? Awesome. This album was one of the first I bought with my own earned money, so it is pretty much a memorable time for me. As I said, nothing new, but still amazing!!!
