A well-versed fan of Red Hot Chilli Peppers might disagree but I think this is by far the best album that the band have produced (even better than their greatest hits).
It has the perfect mix between laid back serious songs and faster paced jump-around songs. A special mention has to go to 'Scar Tissue' and 'Otherside' which will forever remind me of the years of teenage angst I spent listening to them. Those who like their music a bit more lively will enjoy 'Get on top'. I also especially like the final track 'Road trippin' because of its relaxed accoustic sound and its the ideal way to end the album.
Listen to this CD all the way through and I guarantee you will feel both calm and exhilarated by the end.
