In 2009 Louisiana?s Lil? Wayne and Harlem, New York?s Juelz Santana came together to bring the mixtape ?My Face Can?t Be Felt?, a released designed to build up hype to the ?I Can?t Feel My Face? album that was originally due to be released back in 2007 (before Lil? tells you what date they are on in the story. The story begins at January 2003, and covers until the end of 2006, so it covers quite a long spell of time.
The first challenge that Jane undertakes is the cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End with her brother Luke. This book is Jane and Mike's story but I would have been interested to hear something from Luke in this part.
This is a really humbling story. It tells the story of a real heroine, who stood up and fought the cancer that was killing her just to prove that she could and also to help other people with the money that she raised. It goes through many emotions as it lets you know what her family have gone through too - cancer doesn't just strike the cancer victim, it stikes the whole family.
You could read this book without having read the first one - 'The Luxury ...
Advantages: interesting story Disadvantages: a bit long
I think it's safe to say that 'Catch me if youcan' is not the typical sort of movie I watch. If it's not a girly chick flick, comedy or kids film, I'm usually not interested, but after being assured that this film contained no violence or gore, I agreed on watching the DVD!
