When it arrived, I was pleased that the gift wrapping enabled me to open the iPod Touch to have a look at it and a play with it before my girlfriends birthday!
I was very impressed with how the iPod Touch looked when I first got it out of the box. It was slimmer than I had expected it to be and felt like the perfect size and weight in my hand. The screen is a 3.5 inch colour display and the rest of the ipod front face is shiny black with only one actual 'button' which is centred at the bottom of the front face of the ipod touch and serves as the main menu button. The back face of the ipod touch is silver and works pretty well as a mirror so could be usefulto check out your makeup! This is the face, which has the engraving on it if you chose that option. ...
Advantages: Some great vocals, sounds... Disadvantages: A couple of weak points...

This title track starts of with a calm soft sound and then in come some of the synthesizer music.
This track gives me a tingle up my spine due to the fact of the effects made by the electronic synthesizer which I never get bored of listening to. This track is really good to listen to if you just close your eyes and listen to all of the background music, and the singing of course. Nearer the end of this song there is such a great bass sounding effect which makes you feel like you are ...
Advantages: Fun, Teaches You To Cool, Very Helpful Disadvantages: Bit odd to use a DS to cook a dish
the dish I want. The recipe choice is overall a little limiting and there are a lot of dishes that I would never have (Fish Stew?) so I would never make that.
The other thing is the voice recognition can be a bit dodgy. When your cooking and there is water boiling, sauces bubbling etc, it doesn't seem to sometimes register and canget a little frustrating. Because of background noise it doesn't work as efficiently as it could.
Conclusion
The idea of the Cooking Guide is fantastic! Cook with your DS, take it food shopping, don'tuse it as a games console more a guide. This game seems to be very popular and I am saying to everyone toget this game if you are:
