Album Notes: While Jo Stafford's early-to-mid-1950s hits for Columbia cemented her status as one of the era's premier pop vocalists, her '40s work on Capitol is some of her most seminal. This collection of lesser-known Stafford recordings from her Capitol period fills out a portrait of a singer who could move seamlessly from light-hearted fare to intensely emotional material, offering a whole new perspective to those who know her only by her hits.
Advantages: fun, engaging, ineractive Disadvantages: not long enough!!
...Over the past few years there have been a sudden growth in the amount of fun classes you can take part in with your children as the government have tried to encourage new mums to bond with their children in this way. I have done baby massage and rhythm time and enjoyed them both and now I have started Jo Jingles too and both me and my baby love it!
Jo Jingles involves music and movement and is all about having fun and learning some basics too. Classes vary depending upon the age group involved as the ages it targets are from 3months to 5 years so obviously huge differences developmentally depending upon the age of your child/children.
The aim of Jo JIngles is to have fun and to stimulate children. It tries to have an educational front too such as songs which involve counting and clapping. It also provides the mother with some fun...

Advantages: It's free and it's pretty interesting as big state buildings go Disadvantages: You can't ensure you don't get any boring nutters in your tour group
...Last May my husband and I took a two week trip to Colorado to visit a friend who lives on the outskirts of Denver. ...INTRODUCTION
Back in the UK again, I had some training courses to attend and so several of us from work got together to go on one in Staffordshire. Having found this hotel on the net, we all booked into it with eager anticipation of a night out before the course the next day. It wasn't to disappoint; amid all the banter, eating and drinking, I managed to keep my head and so present to you my experience of the hotel.
LOCATION
This is slap bang in the middle of Stafford town centre and so very handily located. It's only a five or ten minute walk from the train station. I ponced a lift and it wasn't hard to find once we got into the town centre and followed the directions. There are small signs pointing to the hotel which you follow, all the way round a winding road and finally into the hotel car park.
