this isnt really the album for someone who isnt a die hard CSN fan and you are left wondering whether all the songs are really justified in being in ... ...indeed with such classics as 'woodstock', 'suite:judy blue eyes' and 'our house' mixed in with rarer tacks like 'to the last whale' and 'dark star'. the real joy in the collection are the different versions to songs such as 'lee shore', 'guinevere' and 'helplessy hoping'. for the CSN fan they will bring a new level of appreciation to these great tracks.

overall, this is a very good collection of music, if you are new to CSN there is another album called simply 'greatest hits' which may be more appropriate for you, but for anyone who loves their work then this is a wealth of great music.
