...DVD Review If you are into contemporary jazz or simply just want to hear something new and refreshing, this DVD will surely captivate your heart as it has captured mine. Michael Buble (I cannot find the special 'e' character to denote a specific pronunciation of his last name. But yeah, it is pronounced with two syllables) who has I believe brought back to life Jazz in its more refreshing tune was sensational in this concert of his in Wiltern Theater in L.A. sometime in 2005. He was just so charming singing some hits of the past breathtakingly effortless. This concert just made me love Michael Buble more. I especially like Michael Buble's duet with Laura Pausini on "You'll Never Find Another Love Like Mine." Disadvantages: Really for fans only, difficult to get hold of

...American", the band fire on all barrels from the word go. There's dropped notes, poor vocals, out of time drumming and broken strings at times, but thats beside the point. I don't think there would be any point in watching a live dvd if a band are simply going through the motions, Amen could never be accused of that! I've heard a lot about Jodi Picoult lately and have read some reviews, so I thought it was high time I experienced her writing for myself - especially when the paperback edition of Vanishing Acts was staring at me one the supermarket shelf for only £3.74! I was apprehensive at first: would this be another author from the 'chick lit' camp who writes solely about the romantic escapades of women leading superficial lives or would Picoult prove to be one of the best contemporary authors I've come across?
