30 of the 50 tracks on this album appear on CD for the first time given their previus rarity.
This box-set is one of many themed sets currently on the market. Others include UK Singles, Dub, Instrumental, Reggae Sisters, Soulful Reggae, Reggae Brothers, Lovers, Ska and Calypso. There are many others coming onto the market. Trojan is enjoying something of an Indian summer with their reissuing of nearly every track from their vaults. I estimate there are around 30 of these themed box-sets on the market and occasionally songs from one set does overlap onto another, but with such a wealth of material available to the compilers, it does happen too much.

.... As all music lovers should know it is the universal language and can cross barriers and cultures with ease. So with Planet Eskoria we are served 14 lively rocking songs that are a delight and will be able to lift any dour mood and put the sunback in your life with a spring in your step.Ttrust me and then thank my girlfriend for introducing me to them.
'Planet Eskoria' starts with an spooky keyboard and then immediately jumps into the ska beat and rhtym which dominates the album. The track swings and the brass section that the band uses gives great atmosphere to the song.
'Verguenza' is again brassy and has a rocking beat. It is pretty much like the english band 'Bad Manners' meeting 'The Pogues'.The lyrics are delivered fast and you will find yourself singing your own version as you bop around the room like a child.

Advantages: Beautiful and atmospheric Disadvantages: Too short and not for everybody
...of classical with occasionally a bit of folk and sometimes some (very) soft rock, all depending on the artist(s)/composer(s). This isn't necessarily what it is, but I feel it's a good way to give you an impression of what Celtic music is.
This album consists of what is dubbed as "TheCeltic Collection". I don't really know any other Celtic music other than what's on this album so this may be some of the best Celtic tracks every composed. It is a compilation of some truly impressive tunes from some great artists.
THE TRACKS
1 - James Galway & Phil Coulter - Callin Na Gruaige Baine - The intro to the album is a slow, calm, with quite strings and some calm but good singing. As the title suggests, this isn't in English but that adds to the effect. What you'll find is that some of the better tracks are those that don't have English lyrics...
