Advantages: Varied popular songs plus some obscure ones
Disadvantages: The obscure songs are probably not to everyones taste

...This is the second CD I have brought from this series, I find these CD's a general overview of the years music relating to well known tracks to some that are unknown to me. This therefore make is a very good album to listen to as you know what you are getting from some of the songs. artists like Sterophonics, Muse, Athlete, The Libertines and so on are well known and will appeal to the majority. There are however some more obscure songs bands like Client, Bees, which although are not to bad for my taste they may not appeal to everyone. On the whole I have found this to be a good album in my collection and one that I will listen to if I can not make up my mind. If you like the main popular songs on this album then I would recommend to have this in your collection.... Read review

...to listen to and in fact one my favourites on this album – Approx running time 4.39 5. Live and Let Die – Wings Gosh how many versions of this song can be ripped off by various artists? It’s not as calm as when then Beatles sang it but not as heavy as Guns n Roses. But this song is a classic so it will always remain one of my favourites – Approx running time 3.14 6. Best Days - Matt White This is a nice track, quite romantic and you can just imagine Shrek and Princess Fiona walking in the woods listening to this, it also reminds me of one or two other films I have seen so I am quite sure this track has been around before, good and easy to listen to. – Approx running time 3.01 7. Joker and the Thief – Wolfmother Back to the rock again! This sound's as if it’s from the 70’s but the background music is a little repetitive, not my taste... Read review

Advantages: Great variety, Brilliant music
Disadvantages: I honestly can't think of any disadvantages

...I first saw this advertised on televsion a few months back. It showed some samples, and I thought excellent! It was just what I'd been looking for. I went out and bought it on the weekend, for £15 I believe, I thought this was excellent value, as it contains 41 tracks! Thats about 37p per track ;) I first put it in the CD player and I was really impressed. It contains all the classic Air Guitar tunes, from Queen and Deep Purple, to the more modern bands like Metallica and Weezer. It combines all the tracks beautifully, from the quite relaxed such as Summertime Blues by Eddie Cochran, to quite hard rock, such as For Whom the Bell Tolls by Metallica, while also containing a large number of brilliant tracks which fit somewhere in the middle. The album is original in that I don't think there has been another Air Guitar compilation... Read review
