Advantages: A bold attempt to grab Lady Luck and wrestle her to the ground Disadvantages: If it was so easy, wouldn't we all be doing it?
What if working hard, setting goals, being talented and charismatic actually didn?t work? Dr Richard Wiseman, a respected academic, has a shocking, subversive theory ? success is not determined by any of the things we believe it is. In fact, success is quite often down to simple, dumb luck.
Read the Sunday Times Rich List and you can half guess it to be true. Why have these entrepreneurs, these financiers, made it ? from a talented pool of millions? Yes, luck has made kings and ruined careers. It?s truly the ambrosia of the gods ? sweet, bitter and wilfully capricious all in one.
?The Luck Factor? is a bold attempt to grab Lady Luck and wrestle her to the ground. It?s less a book than an experience ? full of interactive exercises and opportunities to participate. Go with it.

Advantages: Some good moments Disadvantages: Same old formula

This aside the presence of cuba gooding jr and skeet Ulrich does help to push along what is otherwise a pretty mediocre action flick. ...
Advantages: Interesting , Facts , Great For Fans! Disadvantages: None

I think , how big of a fan I am definately depends on the series ; last year I was hooked , because there were so many contestants that I liked , however this year , I'm not fond of the contestants at all. I think Stacey's got a great voice but I find her so weird and anoying , Joe can sing and is fit but he's too 'stage school' for my liking rather than popstar , although I will admit that although I thought Jedward were BAD , you've got to admit that they were hugely entertaining , and I looked forward to their performance each week.
Whilst doing the weekly shop in Morrissons the other week , by the 'lottery counter' I noticed a stack of books with 'The X Factor Printed On Them ...
