Advantages: Refreshing, flavorful Disadvantages: Prohibitively so
I know what you?re thinking: Cool name for a beer. I think it is too. My friends tease me when I offer them a Dinkel Acker ? they used to, anyway. Good thing for me I don?t judge my beer just on the name. If I did, I would have done myself a great disservice, and denied myself the opportunity to taste this pungent, yet refreshing German pilsner.
