When I first popped the CD in, I was disappointed by a boring and pointless intro featuring somewhat of a robot like voice. I did like track two, Hot Dog, a “rip” on Nine Inch Nails. You’ll notice this when Durst says, “I want to f--k you like an animal.” I heard a hard beat that was little like a new Limp Bizkit.

In my opinion, one of the best Limp Bizkit songs ever is back on this album from the Mission Impossible 2 soundtrack. This song is called Take A Look Around. I just love everything from this song. The amazing guitar tune in the background and the lyrics are stuff that you would whisper to your self the next day. It’ll Be OK” is a great track that has deep lyrics about leaving home or someplace. I didn’t like the intro to it, but the beat gets to grow on you. It starts off slow and then progresses to a harder and faster song. The lyrics make this song great! The next song Boiler is the same way, a song that has deep lyrics and a great beat.

Now here is the song by song summary!

1.Intro- Why Limp Bizkit insists on having intros and outros on their cd’s that mean nothing to anyone is beyond me, but the computer voice is alright and the music is weird. I usually skip right over this

2.Hot Dog- Okay the music is really cool and the song starts out very promising, but then Fred comes along and decides to go for the Guiness World Record for saying ’’F**K’’. I think the song might have a good message or something, but you try to decipher the meaning between all the ’’f**k’’’s and I’ll congratulate you!

3.My Generation-YES YES YES!!! I love this song! Basically Fred is saying that you can dis him and his g-g-g generation all you want because we really don’t care. Great to mosh with awesome drums and guitars. Now this is more like the Limp Bizkit we all know and love!

4.Full Nelson- ehhh. This song didn’t really make that big of an impression on me. It reminds me of s.o.s ’’break stuff’’ but not nearly as good.

5. My Way- I like this song, even though it will never be a hit. Now this song is one I can imagine coming from ’’the band’s soul’’. Slow tempo reminiscent of another s.o. song, ’’Rearranged’’. Great DJ skills; one of my fave on the album.

6.Rollin(air raid vehicle)- I have basically 4 words for this song: I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!
This song is great to dance to and I love listening to it in the morning to wake up. Great guitar and fun lyrics.

7.Livin it up- I love this song. The sample from the Rolling Stones helps and the lyrical content is just ummm...stupid but real cool and funny.

8.The One- Unlike the song by the BSB by the same name, this song actually means something. This song is a sweet love song, not like LB’s usual ’’I’ve been betrayed’’ music-

9.Getcha Groove On- I think the collaboration with Exhibit is what made this song, but needless to say its a great song and has party music written all over it-

10.Take a look around- Who has not heard this song? Its soo old. but it IS a pretty good song, even if it has been played out

11.It’ll be okay- ummm...its ok. Starts out pretty good actually, even if it is too depressing for LB. I think I have to side with USA today on this song. Its not the worst though

12.Boiler- another song that didn’t grab me when I first heard it. 2 depressing songs in a row is too much. I didn’t like this one as much as ’’it’ll be ok’’. Fred seems to be whining the WHOLE time

13.Hold on- Ooooo! I like this song. STP Scott Weiland has an amazing voice and this slow song is just the best! I love it!

14.Rollin(urban assault vehicle)- I really loved this song. Lot of hip-hop. When I first got it, I could listen to it all the time

15.Outro-once again, a stupid outro! but the hidden track is quite amusing if you have the patience to wait for it.

If you like this then you will also like the "significant other" by limp bizkit!
