He has had more hits since then and each track does not disappoint when I have finally got round to adding it to my RnB album collections:)
This album will be enjoyed by fans and other listeners alike. Definitely a good buy.
Advantages: The Floor Filling Run it Tune Disadvantages: Slightly too many slow tunes for my liking
Ok lets start off with the amazing points, now Run It has to be my favourite tune on this album closely followed by Gimme That and then the Run It Remix with bow wow. Now even if you aint a dancer these tunes will get ur head nodding and them feet tappin'. They are definately great floor fillers, with original base beats and some nice lil lyrics.
Now as for the rest of the album, dont get me wrong i like slower passed songs aswell, but perhaps there ... ...reminds me a lil bit of the mario, turning point! Where almost every song was slow, it is probably more chillout r&b, not really party music. However there are some really good slow beats on this album and some pretty originally stuff.
So if your in the mood for relaxing definately give this one a listen! ...

Advantages: Loveable and good songs Disadvantages: The album is very limited
I can't say it is hard to get confused when it comes to this youngsters album, as ChrisBrown released his debut album in late 2005, the album would appear with different versions and different covers (as highlighted by the wide variety of albums by the artist to review). All versions of the album went by the self-titled name of 'ChrisBrown' however the track amounts vary from 8 to 15. For the purposes of this review, I shall be reviewing the eight track version of the album. Welcome to ChrisBrown's world.
When ChrisBrown first burst on to the scene it would be with the single 'Run It', that is the first track on the album if you do not count the Intro (See The Light). Run It was an immediate success and truly was the song of the summer for 2005 and gave ChrisBrown the fanbase he so wanted. Chris was himself only 16 at this point ...
Advantages: Lots of big tunes Disadvantages: A couple of tracks let it down
ChrisBrown released his self-entitled debut album in 2005, and at the time blew up as a fresh face on the R&B scene as a 16-year-old child prodigy who was to take the R&B scene by storm as he churned out numerous hits in such a short time frame. The album sold big due to his Pop appeal and freshness.
1. ?Intro?
2. ?Run It?
This one was his breakthrough single, but I have to admit that this wasn?t the point where I started following him from as here, this song has him made out to basically any new Pop act on the scene performing what is a catchy song which would appeal to the teeny-boppers, and few others in addition to this. Not even the short appearance from Juelz Santana did it for me, and I saw it to be a fairly average song.
**Three Stars**
3. ?Yo?
The track listings appear to follow the ordering of the singles as this one ...
Advantages: Everything Disadvantages: Probably one bad song from 17...
ChrisBrown was born in the small town of Tappahannock, Virginia. He says it was quite hard growing up to be noticed in such a small place, but at only 16 years old, he released his self titled debut album, 'ChrisBrown.'
Now at 17, (18 on May 5th), he's living the dream after his album has sold over one million copies as of 2007. Winning himself awards, appearing on hit show 'The O.C' and having a lead role in dance movie, 'Stomp the yard' alongside Neyo, Columbus Short and Meagan Good.

Album Notes
Personnel: Chris Brown (vocals); Jermaine Dupri, Noah, Juelz Santana, Bow Wow (rap vocals). Recording information: The Hit Factory, Criteria, Miami, Florida. Based on the runaway success of his first single, "Run It" it was clear that 16-year-old Chris Brown was onto something. The song, which rides a pulsing hip-hop beat with Brown's smoothly styled R&B vocals coming in over the top, shot straight to the top of the charts, virtually guaranteeing an ecstatic reception for his full-length self-titled debut. Brown lights upon a clever formula here by combining edgy tracks with a sultry urban-contemporary delivery, and bringing to that mixture the fresh-faced innocence of teen pop acts. (In the photo spread inside the CD's booklet, Brown is dressed in what looks like a Boy Scout uniform.) Like Usher, whom he resembles in some respects, Brown's music is likely to make 15-year-old girls swoon, yet there is a vitality here (thanks in part to high-end production by Scott Storch, the Underdogs, and others) and a musical sophistication that promises even better things to come from this young upstart.
