Hark The Herald Angles Sing | Various (0.40) ‘Why do Jews sing the Dreidal song?’ Although it says this is sung by the South Park choir it is lifted from Season 3’s Christmas Special ‘Merry Christmas Charlie Manson’ and is sung by the boys (not Kenny, he’s dead by then) and the entire Cartman family. All out of key obviously, but worth a listen. 15. ...This album includes all the usual festive classics that you expect to hear droning from every department store and supermarket as from the middle of October every year. The up side to this album is that they haven't padded out the track list with lesser known songs which is great if you don't like having to keep skipping tracks. The downside is that there aren't many modern songs on here which is a shame given that this is a pretty modern release. The only up-to-date track is "Santa Baby" by Kylie Minogue and even that is simply a re-recording of a classic Christmas hit! The rest of the album consists of the usual festive tracks like "Do They Know It's Christmas?" by Band Aid and "Mistletoe and Wine" by Cliff Richard. ...I expected this album to contain the usual compilation of Christmas songs and especially those which sold enough to go platinum. How wrong I was. The sleeve contained many I hadn't heard of and it's not traditional by any means. This album from 2000 is worth borrowing but I don't think it's something to invest in. 1.
