Citizen Kane - need I say more?

Advantages: Twisty, complex narrative, great technical achievement, ROSEBUD SCENE!
Disadvantages: It is a bit slow in the middle

Where do you even begin reviewing such a classic film as Citizen Kane? It's frequently hailed as the greatest film ever made, and normally appears in the top 5 of any film list you come across. In 1941 a 25-year old Orson Welles burst into Hollywood and was given free reign to direct, produce, write and star in a film about whatever he wanted. So what did he do? He created a debut picture of such amazing technical quality that even today it still influences the film industry. The film begins with one of the most famous and memorable movie sequences ever made. One simple word - Rosebud - is whispered from his lips. But what does it mean? Citizen Kane

Advantages: Greatest Film Ever?
Disadvantages: You Find One....... I can't!

It is commonly argued that Citizen Kane is the greatest film of all time, It has become a part of American Folklore It was the first film by Orson Welles. He was only 26 when he wrote, produced, directed and starred in the film Plot: Charles Foster Kane, a Multimillionaire newspaper tycoon, dies alone in his Mansion, Xanadu. Before he dies he drops a Crystal ball and utters the Word 'Rosebud' In what is one of the most famous clips in Cinema History. The film then follows a reporter who attempts to solve the mystery behind the word 'Rosebud'. Despite never understanding the mystery the audience does find out at the very end. Opinon: Every element of this film; Direction, Production, Screenplay, Cinematography, etc is faultless. Orson Welles has done a fantastic job in making a movie that will captivate the viewer to the end ...

St. Elmo's Fire - Original Soundtrack

Advantages: Excellent Movie Sountrack.
Disadvantages: None!

memories of this movie and of the time it was released in the charts to me and I just love recalling it all. This track was released in 1985 and reached number 15 in the billboard charts. The music video to accompany this love song was taken from clips of the St Elmo's Fire movie also. This is an excellent track, that?s an all time favourite to me. Overall Opinion Of St Elmo's Fire Soundtrack. Well as you have probably gathered from reading this review, I really love this soundtrack a lot. I have had this original one for over twenty years. I first had it on cassette and then upgraded it to CD. It really looks a bit tatty on it, but that?s because it has been played a lot by me over the years, as I love it so much. This CD was one of the first movie soundtracks that really caught my attention because of the great meanings all the songs ...
