...I couldn't help but be tempted with the idea of buying his new album and when I had I didn't know why I ever resisted. A superb collection of his thoughts with moving lyrics, luscious vocal rhymes and songs that just transcend anything else from the hip hop world. Each one a winner. If you're into the more thoughtful side of rapping then get your mits on this. Like Gangstarr, The Roots and Common, you know class when you hear it. His recent concert at the London Astoria was a bomb with a great band - good to see Doug Wimbish on bass getting to show off his crazy talents. Give it a listen and learn....

...Trivium are an amazing band, after seeing them live at Download Festival 2005 my eyes were opened to the terrible vision that is Trivium. I've heard them being called the new Metallica. Are they?
As far as the music goes then Metallica should not be compared, Trivium are much like other recent bands such as Killswitch Engage, where they share a very similar song style. However Trivium made a break into the metal scene much like Metallica from nothing to everything. Will it last, I can't it will match 20 plus years like Metallica.
But if your looking for hardcore ear shattering screams that transcend into emotional flowing lyrics accompanied by years of guiter expertise and outstanding drumming then Trivium is your band....
