iPod Classic truthful review
Review of Apple iPod classic 80 GB by  Sonic4290

Advantages: Easy navigation, clear large screen, huge capacity, great looking, excellent value for money
Disadvantages: iTunes a little annoying, dodgy earphones

...**UPDATE** After having this iPod for 18 months now, I thought I'd update my review as parts of it are no longer true. This review was updated 22.07.09 :-) ** UPDATE** I'll have owned my iPod Classic for two years when December comes, so at the end of this review I'll give you an update on how it's running almost 24 months after it was first purchased. I was hesitant about buying an iPod as my first, an iPod mini a few years ago, broke and never mended itself as soon as I bought it. It was sent back and I've been using other (decent) players since. But iPods are so popular I decided to give them another shot and, truthfully, am very pleased that I did. After using a perfectly good Samsung YP-Z5A 4GB Mp3 player, I was bought the iPod Classic 80GB (in black) for a Christmas present. Firstly, I would order it off the official... Read review

APPLE 80GB CLASSIC
Review of Apple iPod classic 80 GB by  danielfudge

Advantages: YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIES AND COMPLETE ALBUM COLLECTION IN YOUR POCKET
Disadvantages: SOUND LEVEL ON MOVIES NOT GREAT

...I bought my Ipod Classic around a month ago to basically be able to carry all my albums round with me at all times and have a couple of my favourite movies to hand if I am ever bored. I used to have an Ipod Nano and thought that 2 GB of memory would be plenty for what I needed but soon found that I couldn't fit no way near half of my albums on there and had to cherry pick my favourite songs due to there being not enough space available. Now having 80GB it's surprising how much you can actually fit on it. I currently have around 15 movies, a season of lost and over a 100 albums and am still well under 30GB. It's unbelievable. Unless you would like to put all your movie collection on to your Ipod then I can definitely assure you that an 80GB capacity would more than cover your requirements. The Ipod has a great new feature... Read review

ipod Classic review
Review of Apple iPod classic 80 GB by  MattyW53

Advantages: Quick, simple, large memory, long batterey life, compact, stylish.
Disadvantages: At first it is complicated to use

...satisfying to use, there is a built in search engine in this ipod so you can search your songs by lettrer or by word, this can be extremely usefull when you have over 100 songs because you dont have to seach through albums etc. Probably my favourite thing about the ipod classic is when you turn it off, it remembers where you turned it off and when it is turned back on it starts up where it was turned off, even in the middle of a tv show! Another thing i love about this device is the lock switch at the top which allows the user to lock the ipod to prevent accidental pressing of buttons. It has a contacts folder and a clock. If you are bored you could also try the games which are included free with the device. they are simple, easy to controll but give a good challenge that kept me interested. Downloading from itunes to the ipod takes only minuites... Read review
