Well, I have been listen to RoyOrbison for many years, and I just want to tell others that he is just the best. the Danish colllection my mom send me, is simply the best. I think that you can hear him anywhere, and that his voice is just great.
When my daddy died of cancer, I was listening to RoyOrbison, some of his songs just got me hanging in there,especially the song" In Dreams " Everyday when I drove home from the hospital crying, I was listening to him, and it maked me wanna go on, maybe it was just, because I needed something, but anyhow, his music is just great and lovely. And the music are not just for old people!!!!!

Advantages: Some good hits and very reasonably priced Disadvantages: May not be to everyone's taste
I'm not a huge fan of RoyOrbison but I enjoyed some of this album more than I thought I would when I was given it. It is a whopping boxed set collection, which apparently costs a very reasonable £13 for 3 CDs. The cover, as you can probably see, has an old picture of Roy and his signature on the front.
Orbison had his biggest hits in the 1960s but this collection pretty much spans his career. He concentrated on country style music in the 1970s and towards the 1980s, his revival came off the back of film soundtracks such as "Blue Velvet" and of course "Pretty Woman". He died in 1988 but not before having some more hits. The latter hits were mainly light rock tracks but even the more uptempo tracks are quite miserable.
His most famous tracks are "Only The Lonely" and "Oh, Pretty Woman". That second track probably has one ...
