This DVD was released in 2008 and is currently available to buy from Amazon for a price of £11.78! I paid £2 for my copy - bargain!! This DVD is an 18 which means it should not be viewed by persons under the age of 18 - There is a LOT of bad language and crude humour!
I hadn't seen any of Jimmy Carr's concerts before and so wasn't sure what to expect. I watched for a few minutes , as he told a few jokes , yes the audience laughed their heads off , but I wasn't really enjoying it! First of all , the man himself (I'll come to the jokes later!) is quite anoying after a little while ; he is far too cocky ...
Advantages: Lots of bangers Disadvantages: Nothing specific
the charts) you see that here you get him putting on a great performance with a soothing slow jam to get the thing started.
**Five Stars**
2. ?Sex Girl?
On this one as he works with MackMan on the production you see that you get a tune that has him attempting much more to come out with a track that fits in with contemporary trends where R&B is concerned and I really can?t say that I wasn?t pleased with the results as he gets on some soft Snap Music grooves to support him as he performs a classy slow jam where he lets his great vocals do what they are best at.
**Four Stars**
3. ?Very Special Friend?
Here you see that there is a bit of a change to the way that he goes about things as he brings a tune that has him bringing forward material that I felt was able to show Joe working in classic form. It was apparent that this would become ...

Advantages: Hilarious and honest insight on prision life. Disadvantages: Can be vulgar in places.
Jimmy Lerners You Got Nothing Coming is an excellent read, his writing style lets you relate yourself to the predicaments in his life.
Although the the story is told in a humoured way, it is a story filled with anguish and depair.
He starts off coming to terms with prison life in SW3(suicide watch 3), a lonely figure in solitary confinement who can't quite come to terms with what has happened to him.
Jimmy is then thrown into a Las Vegas Prison as a New Fish, where he takes you on a journey through his first year in prison, in which you see him forge friendships not just for companionship but to survive, deal with the corrupt regime of the prison guards and his constant battles with other prisoners.
This is a must read book and hopefully not the last written by Jimmy Lerner, who's writing style I must commend. ...

Album Notes
After years of being out of print, many of the obscure avant vocalist Joe Lee Wilson's earlier albums were rereleased in the early '00s, with the extremely rare COME AND SEE arriving in 2007. Jazz fans will rejoice at the opportunity to hear more of Wilson's work; he was a prolific and striking jazz vocalist for most of the seventies (frequently collaborating with the incendiary Archie Shepp), before fading in to obscurity in the eighties. Traditionalists might not dig on the album, but free jazz fans are likely to savor its unique flavors.
