Come on England is a CD full of football songs for Football Fans. Personally I am not a massive football fan but I will watch and support England when they are playing. My husband bought this CD for a boys as they love a few of the songs. My god I am sick of hearing Vin-da-loo! My eldest are 5 and 3 and it is comical listening to them in the back of the car trying to sing along!
The CD contains 22 tracks from a very wide variety of artists which are:-
1 Come on England - 4-4-2 and talkSPORT presents 2 Roll With it - Oasis 3 All together now - Farm 4 Eat my goal - Collapsed Lung 5 Papa's got a brand new - Pigbag 6 Vin-da-loo - Fat Les 7 Right here right now - Fatboy Slim 8 Two tribes - Frankie Goes to Hollywood 9 Kids are United - Sham 69 10 Just the way Im Feeling - Feeder 11 Ready to go - Republica 12 Shine - Aswad 13 Come on England (Reprise - 4-4-2 and talkSPORT presents 14 Whatever will be - Doris Day 15 Can't take my eye of you - Andy Williams 16 Rescue Me - Nu Generation 17 Avenging Angels - Space 18 Dancing in the Moonlight - Toploader 19 Living for Football - Bell and Spurling 20 Tom Harks - The Piranhas 21 The Great Escape - The England Supporters Band 22 Come on England (Karaoke Mix) - 4-4-2
While I do not understand what some of the songs are doing on this CD as I fail to see the conection to football, probably as not a massive fan I have to say that this is a fairly good CD which does cover a wide variety of music.
The cover of the CD has the St Georges Flag on and the CD title, also it states that it is in association with talkSPORT 1089/1053AM and also that the CD features the Euro 2004 anthem Come on England. The inside of the CD cover contains all of the song credits.
The back cover of the CD is red with the artists and the track playlist.
The CD was produced in 2004 by GUT records Limited and distributed by Pinnacle.
I would recommend this CD for playing to get you in the mood for any England games and I also recommend it for its wide variety of songs and artists.
My husband paid £7 for this but do shop around as the price does vary from shop to shop.
