Advantages: Consistently brilliant tracks Disadvantages: Might be too much the same to some people
Alter Bridge's first album, the phenomenal 'One Day Remains', will go down in history as one of my favourite debut albums. The extremely bold mix of beautiful, heart felt lyrics and fabulous, hard hitting drum beats with screeching guitar riffs really struck a chord with me (ha ha, pun intended!) and it seems that I will never tire of the four pieces fantastic first album as a group.
In case you didn't know, Alter Bridge are a concoction of three members from American rock band Creed, including the fantastic guitarist Mark Tremonti, banging bassist Brian Marshall and the hardcore Scott Phillips, a guy who drums a whole new heart beat into each and every song. Advantages: Sophisticated, classy, long lasing fragrance Disadvantages: It isn't cheap

Advantages: whittled away my quiet weekend in I suppose. Disadvantages: poor story, unbelievable characters, poor gags

Not only this, she is replaced by a much younger, more attractive woman called Keera who it seems will do anything to get to the top of her career. This novel is about Katie's struggle to get back on to the TV career ladder whilst the press have a field day with her love life and her partying.

As you can see from the very simple plot above, this book falls into Chick Lit category. The main character, Katie, is mildly amusing, and you can see parts of Penny Smiths on screen personality shining through in this character throughout the book, as Katie's conversational repartee throughout the book is littered with puns and sexual innuendos, some obvious some rather obscure.
