Advantages: May be the best contemporary white female blues singer and acoustic guitarist you'll ever hear. Disadvantages: None
...this to him other than playing the old songs for him. I was 15 at the time.”

A CHIP OFF THE OLD BLOCK:
Alan Block’s sandal shop in the shadows of Washington Square Park near the crossroads of hip, Bleeker and McDougal Streets, was a meeting place for Village types, especially musicians.
The likes of Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Stefan Grossman and John Sebastian would hang out at Block’s and pick and sing with House, the ReverendGaryDavis, Mississippi John Hurt and Bukka White, to name just a few of the blues men who came through the shop. Advantages: great mixture of live songs Disadvantages: not enough songs
...Hello. I was just looking through and decided to do a review on this cd. It was recorded live at the London Hammersmith Apollo on November 6th1993. Mixed and produced by the man himself. This cd offers a wide range of Gary's electro sythersiser music. His song's on this cd are very catchy I'm always singing along to it as it's not all doom and gloom in the lyrics and I can connect to it.
He has been around since before the first time I heard of him when "Cars" Hit number 1 in the charts back in 1979 .I like his unusual refreshing singing voice. This was the very first single I bought and I have never looked back.
I have lots of Gary moments when I have to put on the cd and unwind.
His lyrics are very well put together. His car song has been used in a advert .
Cd imoformation
Firstly the front cover is a good picture of Gary holding...

By that time, his hair was jet black and the records were issue under his own name; otherwise little had changed. Numan emphasised the stark, futuristic aspects by giving all the tracks one word titles (Airlane, Complex, Metal, Films, Observer).
Numan was a potent phenomenon. Harsh and simplistic though his music was, and however thin his...
