Album Notes: 'Contact' is the second album from Cornish four piece Thirteen Senses. Produced by Danton Supple (Coldplay, Starsailor, Cord) the album sees the quartet expand the British indie pop sound of their debut that earned them comparisons to the likes of Coldplay, Snow Patrol and Keane. The lead single 'All The Love In Your Hands' is also included.
Advantages: A new band definitely worth listening out for... Disadvantages: none
...Who are ThirteenSenses?
ThirteenSenses are a newly launched band, they are a four piece hailing from Cornwall.
The members of the band are as follows:
Will South – Vocals, Piano, Guitar and Keyboards
Adam Wilson – Base Guitar
Brendon James – Drums
Tom Welham – Guitar and Synths
The invitation is as far as I can see their first album.

Advantages: Like Coldplay, only better Disadvantages: A couple of tracks fade away into the background

The Invitation offers a blend of guitar and piano based music, ranging from slow and quiet tracks like Salt Wound Routine to more upbeat and urgent tracks such as Into the Fire and Do No Wrong
Outstanding Tracks
Into The Fire - crescendo piano intro until guitar comes in. heavily piano based, powerful track with great lyrics… "Come on, come on, put your hands into the fire. Explain, explain, as I turn and meet the power". I seem to remember this being released as a single early to mid- 2005, and I got into ThirteenSenses...
