Advantages: Brilliantly inventive: electronica at it's most exciting and intelligent Disadvantages: Too few people will ever hear it
Fragments from the Inside was an art installation at the Palazzo Delle Papesse Centro Arte Contemporanea in Italy, created by poet Mara Bressi and videographer Patulia Mattioli. Overlaid was a performance by Eraldo Bernocchi and Harold Budd.
The recording is then a live one at as we enter we can hear those present settling down (and at the end clapping enthusiastically). Settling down for what though? It is an unusual mix: Budd would have been almost seventy when the music was recorded and best known for his unique (and somewhat timeless) brand of floating ambient piano, where he seems to do almost nothing but manages so much, and Eraldo Bernocchi, Italian experimental electronica maestro known for his unusual turns of sound and rhythm.
Admittedly the album is balanced a little more towards Bernocchi's glitches, sequences ...
Advantages: Nice place to walk or play sports, a good open space in the city Disadvantages: Can get busy in summer, not a good place to visit in the rain!

The meadows is basically the name given to a large park on the south side of the centre of Edinburgh. It is a large flat open area of grass and is popular with all age-groups. It extends for approximately 58.4 acres and is less than a mile away from the centre of town.

Advantages: Some classic tracks Disadvantages: Inconsistent
Bauhaus' final studio album from their 80s career feels very much like a collection of songs that was hastily put together, rather than a single, cohesive effort. The reason for this is that effectively that's how the album came about. some of the recordings were made without lead singer Peter Murphy being present, meaning that the other band members had to contribute vocals on a few of the tracks.
Nevertheless there are some great songs on this album, most notably "She's in Parties", a quirky but almost poppy track which became probably the most famous on the album. However, the title track wears on you after a little while, and the songs do not seem to go together as well as they do on the band's earlier albums.
"Burning from the Inside" is effectively a last spasmodic kick by a band that was already beginning to fall apart. I ...
