it can take a while for the staff to clear dirty plates and glasses from tables but that is only to be expected. As it has only fairly recently undergone a refurbishment the decor is fairly fresh and clean looking. The toilets are a different story - I suppose they are kept fairly clean but you can rarely find toilet paper, except for the reams of it lying on the floor and you'll be lucky if there is soap or anything to dry your hands on. +++++++++ Conclusion +++++++++ I like the Crown for a quick lunchtime drink and dine. The food quality isn't gourmet but if you like reasonably priced chips, salad and a steak sandwich or burger then this is the place for you. Crowne Plaza deserves another Crown

Advantages: 4 Star hotel, Situated in good location, Friendly staff, Beautiful hotel, Good hotel facilities
