I have been amazed by Eminem since he brought out his first album "The Slim Shady LP" in 2000. Rap music is not usually my thing, but I really enjoy listening to Eminem. With his great beats, brilliant lyrics and astounding talent Eminem quickly gained himself many fans. Eminem clearly stands out from all other rap artists.
This album, very apropriately titled "Curtain Call" is to be the last as Eminem has decided to now give other areas of his life more time and attention. I know of many who hope he will change his mind and be back one day with more of his groundbreaking music that we all love so much.

The older hits on this album never seem to get boring or sound outdated. They bring back memories of times gone by, but still sound as astounding as the first time I heard them. There are however a few of my favorite hits that didn't make it to this album, although the brilliant new tracks on there more than make up for that. The new tracks, "Mockingbird" and "When I'm gone" are fantastic. They have lyrics that seem a little more meaningful than alot of the other songs from Eminem.
I would say this album is a must for big Eminem fans and a good buy for someone who likes rap in general. However, if you are easily offended or have small children around I would not recomend this for you.
