...With a sound dubbed "urban roots rock reggae," Morgan Heritage, a group which consists of the five children of reggae singer Denroy Morgan, faithfully carry the roots-reggae torch. Boasting smooth harmonizing and hopeful messages, these singers present a convincing case for the power of simple reggae "riddims." The quintet's rootsy sound shines on the opening track, "Reggae Road," and on the pure vocals of "Freedom," but their youth and energy are also positively displayed with the song's "toasting" sequence. This is the album for reggae fans looking to capture the original reggae sound epitomized by Bob Marley, but with a contemporary twist....

...' experience and it really is just that! This album features popular AC/DC hits including 'thunderstruck', 'money talks', 'are you ready' and 'mistress for Christmas'. The only difference from when they were previously released is that they are digitally re mastered from the original mix-down a-track masters. This CD also features a fantastic 16 page full colour booklet containing all original album art, many unpublished photos, classic memorabilia, and new liner notes. CD ConnectD also gives you EXCLUSIVE access to audio, video, photos and more at acdcrocks.com. Advantages: Fantastic bassline. Original sounds. Good chioce of tracks. Disadvantages: It's music designed for sound systems. Sound quality suffers.

Sadly Augustus Pablo (Horace Swaby) died in 1999 at only 46 from the nerve disorder ‘Myasthenia Gravis’ but left a whole discography behind for us to enjoy.
The album features a whole host of bass players and drummers. On lead guitar is Earl ‘Chinna’ Smith and on rhythm guitar are Fazal Predergrass, Tommy McCook, Marquis, Bobby Ellis and Vincent Gordon. The saxophone is played by Richard ‘Dirty Harry’ Hall and Everton DaSilva is on percussions. For a good comparison check out King Tubby, Lee Perry or Scientist. The first two of which have also contributed to this album.
I seriously recommend...
